My dearest Reader,
I have been thinking, today is again today, and it doesn’t stay tomorrow or yesterday, so please, please tell me, how do you start your everyday today?
My everyday today routine starts with waking up with sun, which means I sleep more in the winter and less in the summer- especially the closer to the North Pole I go.
Then I light a candle on my altar, and ask to the Great-Great Grandmothers and Grandfathers who live in a rainbow tipi in the sky, “What, oh what, do I need to know today? What, oh what, can I do to benefit others who pass my way?”
Next I watch my breath go in and out, and I count 1 Gardenia, 2 Gardenia, 3 Gardenia, 4, all the way up to 21 and then back down. With each Gardenia, I fill my stomach, my ribs, and my chest with golden sparkles and then shower those sparkles into all the trillions and trillions of dancing atoms that make up my body. This is even better than a water shower! You should try it!
After my meditation, I salute the Sun 10 times to clear out any fuzz in my body. I do a headstand to put things the right way up, and then mix up a magic super smoothie (raw chocolate, banana, maca, lacuma, wheat grass powder, Baobab powder, coconut milk, and raspberries, sweetened with maple syrup) and drink it from a happy coloured straw, followed by a run or walk along the nature trails.
